Who am I?
My name is Sara Ringkow Petersen, a Multimedia Designer and Concept Developer based in Copenhagen. I design and build accessible websites, interfaces, and concepts— focusing on structure, clarity, and the people who use them. I'm currently interning at Folkæt, alongside studying a top-up Bachelor's in Digital Concept Development.
I'm dedicated to creating accessible, user-friendly digital solutions by blending my technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Astro and Tailwind with a creative approach, while also learning React on the side. I'm experienced in design tools like Figma and Canva, and project management methods/tools such as SCRUM, Design Sprint, Double Diamond and Trello.
As someone late-diagnosed with autism and ADD, I know what it's like to use digital platforms that weren't built for people with disabilities in mind— that perspective drives my commitment to inclusive design, making digital spaces better for everyone, especially those with special needs.
